Firefox Challenge Hero

Fuck Cancer has just received the most amazing holiday gift of all time in the form of the world’s coolest, most kick-ass philanthropic superwoman: Sophia Bush! Here’s how:

Those crazy kids at the Mozilla Firefox have put together a holiday challenge between 12 top celebrity charities and any other fabulous non-profit organization that dares contend. The charity to raise the most funds will win $25,000!! Sophia Bush is known to be a powerful activist and has always been a big supporter of Fuck Cancer. Now she has stepped up to the Firefox Challenge for us and is taking on the likes of Edward Norton, Will Ferrall, Seth Rogan, Jason Bateman and more to win the big prize for her beloved Cancer Fuckers!

Fuck Cancer is truly honoured to have been chosen as a participant in this fantastic campaign and even more excited to have Sophia repping us! This is a huge opportunity for us to gather the funds we need to deliver our most powerful and exciting educational resources and campaigns in 2012.

Being that her mother is a survivor, Sophia is a crusader against late stage diagnosis just like us! She wants everyone to know that 90% of cancers are curable if caught in stage 1.

We would love more than anything if our amazing FC community could pitch in to this exciting competition and help us win the big one! Please help us by doing the following:

1. DONATE – No contribution is too big or small.

2. SHARE THE CHALLENGE – The Firefox Challenge is a uniquely awesome holiday campaign that involves so many incredible people and organizations. Spread the word to your fellow FC fans and get them on board in helping us land $25K! Post, share, recommend, +1, tweet and re-tweet this link as much as possible!

We’re up against some pretty hefty competition, but with the joint forces of FC & Sophia Bush supporters on our side, we can do amazing things!

Sending holiday-style hugs and high fives to all of you!

With love,
The (very excited) FC Team!
