When breast cancer is found early, the 5-year survival rate is 99%.

Self-exams aren’t just about looking for cancer. They’re more about getting to know your body really well so that if anything changes, you notice sooner rather than later.

Light some candles, throw on Harry Styles, and get hands-on with your health.

Start after puberty!

STEP 1

Stand topless in front of a mirror. Move your arms in different positions while you look at your breasts.

STEP 2

Stay standing and use 3 fingers of your left hand to apply light, medium, then firm pressure across your right breast, armpit, and nipple. Then switch sides.

STEP 3

Lay down and place your right arm behind your head. Use 3 fingers of your left hand to apply light, medium, then firm pressure across your right breast, armpit, and nipple. Then switch sides.
