Fuck Cancer website is intended for personal use and for people to read, relate, reach out and share. While some topics are serious, the idea is to create an informative and useful destination for Fuck Cancer readers and fans. It’s for entertainment, enlightenment and to help one another.

Fuck Cancer may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that Fuck Cancer believes is harmful, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party. Determining what is harmful is entirely within the discretion of Fuck Cancer.
Webstore
By purchasing products via https://store.letsfcancer.com/ (the Webstore), You agree that your use of the Webstore, including any transaction You You make, is subject to this Agreement. If You do not agree to all of these terms in this Agreement, You may not use the Webstore.
Placing an order via this Webstore may require You You to use third party apps to commence and/or complete your order. As such, when placing an order via this Webstore, You You represent and warrant that You You have accepted the terms and conditions of said third party apps, as applicable. Orders may only be placed via the Webstore. Motherlucker does not accept orders in any other manner, including via telephone.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes: (a) in any way which causes, or may cause damage to the Website; and (b) in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable.

The Website is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. Other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement, Users may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, upload, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in this section), create derivative works based on, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Content in whole or in part. Users must also not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity.

Downloading, copying, or storing any Content other than for personal, non-commercial use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Fuck Cancer, or from the copyright holder identified in such Content’s copyright notice.
User Content
User shall own all Content that they contribute to the Website, but hereby grants and agrees to grant Fuck Cancer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable right and license (with the right to sublicense), to use, copy, cache, publish, display, distribute, modify, create derivative works and store such User Content and to allow others to do so in order to provide the Services. User warrants, represents and agrees that they have the right to grant FCancer and the Website the rights set forth above. User represents, warrants and agrees that it will not contribute any User Content that: (a) infringes, violates or otherwise interferes with any copyright or trademark of another party; (b) reveals any trade secret, unless User owns the trade secret or has the owner’s permission to post it; (c) infringes any intellectual property right of another or the privacy or publicity rights of another; (d) is libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party; (e) contains a virus, trojan horse, worm, time bomb or other computer programming routine or engine that is intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information; or (f) remains posted after User has been notified that such User Content violates any of sections (a) to (e) of this sentence.
Fuck Cancer reserves the right to remove any Content from the Website, suspend or terminate User’s right to use the Services at any time, or pursue any other remedy or relief available under equity or law, for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such User Content or if Fuck Cancer is concerned that User may have breached the immediately preceding sentence), or for no reason at all.
Warranty disclaimer
Fuck Cancer has no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to User. User acknowledges that Fuck Cancer has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: which users gains access to the Website; which Content User accesses via the Website; what effects the Content may have on User; how User may interpret or use the Content; or what actions User may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content.
User releases Fuck Cancer from all liability for User having acquired or not acquired Content through the Website.
Although the Website will make reasonable efforts to store and preserve the material residing on the Website, Fuck Cancer is not responsible or liable in any way for the failure to store, preserve or access User Content.
Limitation of Liability
The Services, Content, and Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and the use of the Service, Content and Website is at your own risk. Fuck Cancer makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Service, or any service or information provided through the Service. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fuck Cancer, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers and employees harmless from and against, and to reimburse letsfcancer.com with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement or use by You or any third party of the Services.
Unenforceable Provisions
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such part will be ineffective to the extent of such invalid or unenforceable part only, without affecting the remaining parts of this Agreement in any way. Further, this Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Governing Law
The rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to this Agreement are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States.
You may be subject to other local, provincial or state and national laws. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California for any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with any matter arising under this Agreement in any jurisdiction where You reside, do business or have assets.
Waiver
No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will be deemed to constitute a waiver of any other provision nor shall such a waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided in writing duly executed by the party to be bound thereby.
Age of Majority
User certifies to Fuck Cancer that they are at least 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Website (including, for example, a name, address, telephone number or email address).
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, as may be updated from time to time and posted at www.letsfcancer.com, represents the complete agreement and understanding between us with respect to the Service and supersedes any other written or oral agreement.
